A.- Open Access Policies

The IPC Journal provides Open Access with complete articles in electronic format for both authors and readers, without having to register to access the publications.

For this reason, IPC promotes, supports and provides free, immediate and full-text access to all its content, under the principle of offering society its scientific and artistic academic production without restrictions, contributing to a greater exchange of global knowledge.

IPC is a free Journal and does not charge any type of charge for the author(s) or reader(s). Any researcher, teacher, student and citizen can read, download, copy, distribute, print and search their articles without asking for prior permission, without financial, legal or technical barriers, as long as it is not for profit.

B.- Open Access Coverage

The IPC Journal adheres to the Budapest Open Access initiative (Budapest Open Access Initiative - 2001), therefore, we refer to the availability of its content for free online, which allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute , print, search or add a link to, for example, the full text of those articles, crawl them for indexing, incorporate them as data in software, or use them for any other purpose that is lawful, without financial, legal or technical barriers, according to the Selected Creative Commons license.

C.- Creative Commons License

IPC Journal exclusively uses the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) since 2016, previously it had used Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 License uses the following terms:

Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in such a way as to suggest that you or your use are endorsed by the licensor.

Non-Commercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

Share Alike: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contribution under the same license as the

This license will be displayed in the URL of each article, both in its digital versions in PDF and HTML format.

D.- Article processing charges and other charges

The IPC Journal focuses on the dissemination and dissemination of scientific material, so it does not have economic interests and will not be able to charge a fee for publishing the articles, a fee for having access and does not remunerate financially those who contribute their publications to it.

E.- Embargoment period

The IPC Journal does not have an embargo period for its publications, allowing immediate access to its contents, both to the publications and to the entire volume.

F.- Copyright

Authors who publish in IPC Journal agree to the following terms:

The authors retain copyright and all publishing rights.

The author authorizes the Journals the right to reproduce, disseminate and distribute the work under the Attribution - Non-Commercial - Share Alike 0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) in different electronic formats.

The author authorizes the Journal the rights of dissemination and dissemination of the contents in directories, catalogues, databases, like any other portal or OA platform for online consultations of its contents and extracts, and under the conditions of the portal, repositories or the database where it is integrated.

Authors may separately establish different licensing agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in the Journal (for example, placing it in an institutional repository).

The authors agree with the CC license of use used by the Journal, with the self-archiving conditions and with the access policy

G.- Article archiving policy

Each article from the IPC Tecnológico Journal will be available individually via the web, including information on the title, summary, authors, bibliography, as well as the complete document in PDF format at least, or others such as: HTML, XML, ePUB, and will also be harvested along with its metadata on the platforms defined in the repository policy.

H.- Self-archiving policies

Authors are allowed to deposit the Preprint (Submitted), Postprint (Accepted) or Final Version (Published) versions of their works in an institutional, national, regional, thematic or any repository.

I.- Deposit Policies

The contents of the IPC Journal can be deposited in Open Access indexing services and in the different repositories that use Open Archives lnitiative-Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) protocols such as:

* ArXiv

* Author's website, with reference to the article

J.- Right of readers

Readers have the right to read all articles for free after publication without access restrictions, which allows downloading the document with the complete article in PDF format.

If the content of the publication is used, the copyright and the source of publication must be acknowledged with a citation, linking the published version with or without the DOI,

K.- Interoperability

The IPC Journal uses the OAI-PMH interoperability protocol, so that its publications and the metadata of each publication can be harvested by other platforms through the OAI URL.
